About Grow Legal Marketing
My Story
I’m Stacy Grow, owner of Grow Legal Marketing. As a kid, I grew up working in my dad’s Sacramento law office, doing small tasks like watering plants and dusting furniture after office hours. Upon graduating from college, I returned- this time to work as a real employee.
Over the years, I worked in many roles at the firm: Legal secretary. Seminar coordinator. Paralegal. HR assistant. Client experience director. I spoke with clients, worked side by side with attorneys, and learned how cases move through a law firm.
Eventually, I stepped into the role of Marketing Director, and that’s when everything clicked. Over nearly a decade, I gained hands-on experience not just in legal marketing, but in the operations and client journey that make marketing successful. I worked with multiple firms and observed what actually drives growth and what doesn’t.

Grow Legal Marketing was born from that experience. Today, I use my unique, industry insider perspective to help law firms gain authority, visibility, and growth.
When I’m not helping law firms grow, I enjoy hiking in nature, native and edible gardening, and reading thought-provoking nonfiction and literature.
